Some days ago Austrian artist Ferdinand Johannes presented his latest masterpiece, the so called Ferdinand GT3 RS. It's a handcrafted Porsche 911 Bike-Replica made of plastic pipes and scotch tape.
Beside the extremely precise realization (watch construction pics) of the car itself, I just love the usual car-poster-aestethic of the promo photographs available for purchase.

Highly recommended docu from the 70s about industrial design in Italy, trying to explain the main reason why design from Italy had and still has such an enormous impact. It's nice to see behind company's curtains like Brionvega, Kartell, Olivetti or Cardin;

I don't know the real facts behind this person and the protagonists in this really strange story first told on ebay. The seller wants $250.000 for the rights on his story about dealing with PEZ Candy, but if you are into collecting (may it be PEZ Candy, Vinyl, or something else...), this story reads like a thriller with a bad ending...
